::Terrible. This clinic can do better to serve veterans. Perhaps training its staff what the mission is. I will reach out separately to the Patient Advocate on my experience today. The deceitful 'gentleman' (which is a stretch) who called me from this clinic - This clerk decides that HE HAS THE AUTHORITY who gets to see a provider on this clinic - Seems to me this is a POWER TRIP and I am sure with little consequence nor accountability - Cancelled my appointment that was set up by their own VA call center - Cowardly refused to transfer me to his supervisor - Gave me the run around and some bureaucratic red tape excuse - Needs a reminder what the 'V' on VA stands for The appointment was set up by YOUR VA Call CENTER. If YOUR OWN call center missed to inform this clinic on an inhouse procedure this clinic has, then THIS IS THE VA's FAULT and not the patient. Discuss this with YOUR OWN CALL CENTER. DON'T STICK it to the veteran. I got it that it IMPOSSIBLE TO FIRE a VA employee which is really unfortunate. But this 'gentleman' needs some serious training or reprimand.

::My nurse was really nice, Latasha. She helped me with my glucose meter. It's a brand spanking new clinic. Very nice. I like this place. Has nice comfortable chairs

::Lab is closed from 1200 to 1300. Why isn't there somebody to relieve people of lunch? Here is a better idea; Take turns doing lunch while keeping operations open, you get more tasks done this way. Everybody taking lunch st the same time waste peoples' time having to wait.

::First The website is trash. I am not computer illiterate, and I can barley use it. So many unnecessary redundant steps and their records won't even let you see back over ten years. What about those that retired out?! how does that help. Secondly You go in to the clinic in person and no one wants to help. You have to get the information from the website (which is trash see above). You can not make an appointment, you have to call the call center. Even though the clinic HAS NO ONE IN IT! Thirdly You can not get meds refilled cause their pharmacy is to small, even though they service/have the entire building. Seriously?! Fourth You can not get vaccine with out an appointment (ok, most places are like this) but no appointments are available, and OH did I mention you have to see the doctor FIRST. Which ALSO doesn't have appointments until 6 months from now (refer to trash point 2). Who ever is running this doesn’t want to help vets they wanted to give us the run around to get help so we all just die off slowly.

::I really like the doctors I see in this location they are truly on top of everything for my health. I love how clean it is and you actually feel like you are walking into a medical facility. I have no problems with getting in touch with my doctors if needed! Overall I am truly happy.
