::Don’t get any work done here. This is a very incompetent dental office. They call three time to confirm appt. When you show up they don’t have a dental hygienist present or they have no idea your schedule for an appointment. I’ve also had work down that needed required rework a month later.

::I needed some work (crowns), I really disliked having to go through that, but the girls that do all the grunt work made this experience go from freaking terrible to not that bad. I have to tip my hat to Amber, who had to deal with me and she would do it with great attitude, also Dr. Cardona has a great bedside manner and she’s good at what she does. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental hygienist is very professional and good people.

::Dr. Brandon Maroon is the best dentist!! Explains everything in detail and is very professional. He made me feel comfortable with my procedure. Dr. Maroon took the time to fix my cavities and even went the extra to clean my teeth. I would highly recommend this dental office. His dental assistant was also very helpful. I would give this place 10 stars!!!

::This is my first time coming to this dentist office, I really didn’t have a good experience. I tried coming in for my second appointment but I felt extremely mistreated and did not go ahead with the procedure. The dentist that was supposed to see me seemed to have an indifferent attitude when I let her know I would get my work done at my next appointment. Being optimistic, I was planning on returning to my next appointment when one of her staff let me know on my way out, “next time I make an appointment I need to make sure I get the work done.” Basically, they got upset because I didn’t get the work done that I was supposed to that day. Being blatantly honest though I did not feel comfortable, and I felt as if the staff doesn’t really give much care to the way the treat customers. I don’t stand with places like this that feel as though they have a right to treat customers the way they feel. It is negligence and lack of appreciation of their customers in my opinion. If I go somewhere to get treatment regardless of how I am paying I should be treated as equal, with some dignity and respect. I did not get it from here.

::Don’t go to this dentist. I am a patient at this orthodontist center. I’ve had my braces on since October 2017 but I was supposed to get them all off last year in June 2020. I did get my top braces off but my retainer is terrible and an over-jet is occurring. My bite is also terrible as it is only touching one side and there is a posterior open bite on the other. This place is a waste of money and time. Don’t go here.
