  We decided to stop here on a Friday morning as soon as they opened and the staff opened the doors for us which was a nice gesture. We entered and I seriously underestimated how big this place was gonna be! It’s huge with plenty of seating and every sign is visible to tell you where the restroom or kitchen is. There’s a self service kiosk to purchase your cards. The thing I LOVED about this place was that regardless if you get a timed or token card, you get to play EVERY game. That’s so rare at arcades so I loved that aspect. Kids play area was expanded and had plenty of options for little ones. Restrooms were not the cleanest but usable. We paid $26 for 45 minutes and I say it was worth every penny. I enjoyed my whole time there and will definitely be back! Even considering this place for birthday parties. I had a great time. We didn’t eat here so I can’t speak much on food, sorry! Maybe next time.

  This is by far the best Chuck E. Cheese we’ve been to. This location is new so the equipment and the facility are is good shape and pretty clean. They have a bunch of games and arcades on top of three different photo booths. The dining area is very big and there’s ample seating. The birthday area is also pretty big and can accommodate up to 15 birthdays easy. The thing I liked the most, their drink fountain has diet caffeine free soda, which is awesome.

  Clean & fun my daughter loves this place !! My only issue is the cups being so small I ordered a large and it legit looks like a small cup it’s the same size as a wawa small cup (I’ll post a picture) I had to ask 2 different employees was this the correct cup for a large and they said yes like wth !! They’re so expensive they need to give you your moneys worth !!

  First time here. Quiet a few games were not working, need of repair. Counted 6+. Seating area needs to be wiped down more and fill up the napkin holders. Over 8 tables had no napkins in its holder. Bathrooms please clean more often. And the shark cupcake was delicious...presentation was awful. Looked like a dark sad cookie monster. The shark had no fin. See photo 📸

  We had my sons birthday party at the Brandon location. All the kids had a blast. Unfortunately Chuckie was still virtual at that time. They staff definitely made our experience very memorable. Thank to all the staff that help make my sons day awesome. Would recommend anyone going to this location. Not every machine works all the time but if you're let the staff know they take care of it right away. We will definitely be bringing the kids back.
