  I found the place to be a pretty decent place, with the opportunity to rent-to-own the mobile homes.

  I recently inquired about moving in this park. The manager was very affable and explained the improvements the park is undergoing. The MY I looked at was really better than I expected. And you can live in this park for less than $700 a month if you qualify. (I did not). They were so nice I couldn't be upset at not getting approved. It's small and quiet and has a cute small pool and clubhouse for bbq 's etc.

  Have lived here for almost 10 years. Quite, comfortable, and serene.

  There's swimming pool is fixed! I have a friend who lives here very quiet place as long as you're driving for miles an hour or under through the park itself. Otherwise you're going to have a lot of people screaming at you to slow down but there's nothing wrong with being a little extra safe around children they have a great maintenance Crew as well
