  When one of the side rails on my new couch split the store I purchased it from found Christal who was local to me and who could come get the couch and fix it with the new parts the manufacturer sent direct to her. She was incredibly patient and flexible with my scheduling to come assess the damage then return to pick it up for repairs. She picked the couch up, fixed it, and returned it all in the same day! She was a pleasure to work with! She was also amazing enough to help me find a home for another rather large and unwanted piece of furniture. And as a bonus I think it’s great to see young women running their own businesses!!

  I brought Christal a complicated job on a tight schedule. Could not be more pleased with the result ...and a pleasure to work with.

  I dropped off a couch cushion to be covered in black leather with the agreement that it would be done by mid September four our couch that was going into a beach house in NH that we are building. I texted her pictures of the couch upon her request so she could see the seem. We ordered the leather and drew up the paperwork in August all at an agreed price, no deposit was mentioned. I recently contacted her around October 27th about why I hadn't heard from her and where is my cushion (which I had left with her in August). She said nothing was done to it because she said that I never contacted her about finalizing everything. But we did that in August and even drew up the paperwork.....All finalized then at that time, even told her to order the fabric. Then she said that I never left a deposit....Well I certainly would have if she had asked me to, but it was never mentioned....EVER. Then she said she has been so busy with her moving from town to her new location that things have crazy and things were forgotten. So I got my cushion back and am now looking for another upholsterer to help me get it done quickly and reliably. I wouldn't take my things to Cristal to get done..... I think there is an organization issue and she needs someone in the office to handle the other particulars while she focuses on the hands on work.
