  I highly recommend Christa's regular (MWF) Yoga class and the Pelvic workshop. The Yoga class has a mixture of all people, some have practiced for many years and there are those that are new to yoga. I'm new and have realized increased range of motion and flexibility without injury. At the end of class I feel younger and emotionally lighter. I took her Pelvic Class which is for women only and found it to be amazing. I use what she taught to be incredibly helpful with difficult tasks and has increased my enjoyment of sex.
