  Great, fast-casual salad joint with fresh ingredients and interesting options. I recommend the warm, salad-grain bowls!

  Washington, D.C. is a tough market for a salad fast casual brand because we have sweetgreen (born and raised in the DMV). However, if you like a little more calories in your salad, go to Chopt over sweetgreen. Chopt caters to those who think they want to eat more healthy. They load up their salads with unhealthy toppings like tortilla chips and heavy, heavy dressing. I ordered the Baja Shrimp salad and it was tasty, but didn't seem healthy. If you want true healthy food, go to sweetgreen and support local.

  I find it odd that I would give a salad shop coffee stars... but this pace deserves it! And the salad is HUGE).
