  This company is very slick at pulling wool over eyes- they talk nice and make you feel good all throughout the process, and then screw you last minute with a high interest rate. Bryan will tell you how regulated the system is and that they can't do what they used to, that he will match any rate you bring him at the time of rate lock but it's a false promises with sugar coated excuses. It has taken me a while to write this review because I have been so upset. While in contract for a home we lost our pregnancy due to preterm delivery, which required hospitalization and time off of work. In conversation, I was encouraged that this wouldn't change anything. When submitting paperwork, I included doctor's note and written explanation. Before locking our rate, Bryan offered us nearly a percent higher than bank defined rates for the day, and said that was the best he could do because I was out of work for 3 months. Even when I presented him with an offer of lower rate from another bank, he said that he would not match and we could not start from scratch with another bank. We proceeded because we didn't want to lose the house and because we didn't feel that we had a choice. Within a few months I refinanced with another bank (Stan Aleshin from loanDepot- exceptional broker, no tricks, did not change his word from first conversation to closing). Even with closing costs and rates having gone up slightly, we were able to get 3/4 of a percent lower, based on the same application information (because it was the same year, including the same time off for our loss). The only thing that your rate should be asked on is your credit score- mine is excellent. Dont be fooled by the nice neighborhood location of the office or the smooth talk-- this is a predatory lender

  Unreliable tell a bunch of f****** lies do not go here they will tell you anything to run your credit and then after that they don't give a s*** just want to make their money no care involved go to fmm home loans!!.
