::I ordered online for two steak bowls, and its pickup time was 6:10pm, but I waited for more 30 mins, and picked it up at 6:40pm. The worst part was the bowls didnāt include steak. This location is always late to get prepared and does these kinds of mistakes. This place is absolutely horrible to be honest. Never got a good service from this place. Especially for online orders.

::Shameful! It used to be my favorite fast food but the last few months it slowly but surely got worse and worse, the place is dirty!!! Slow, inefficient, and a lot of drama between the employees lead by the manager and everything infront of the customers. Only one of the employees actually cared and worked and the manager just treated him so bad. The food looks like it just sit and when I asked about it, I've been told the heater under the trays is without water so its over cooking the food. Very sad to see how this place from a big success to a big failure.

::Love going to chipotle, unfortunately staffing shortages and lack of organization and cleanliness to dine-in was a big turn-off. Bathrooms were unclean and garbage cans overflowing. Dining tables were dirty with left over food. Hopefully chipotle will take this seriously and fix the dine-in experience and maintain sanitary conditions.

::Absolutely horrible! I worked at this location when I was in high school, and it has been quite some time but we never had the place the way I saw it last night. I don't live in the area any more so I hadn't been to this location in a while and I completely regret making my online order at this location but it happened to be the closest one to me. The place was a mess! There was food all over the counters and food lines, my order wasn't ready until after 10PM when I was told it would be ready at 9:40PM and it was cold! The worst part was that the employees were having mental breakdowns and just screaming at each other in front of customers. I get that it was late but come on have some common sense! It was just ridiculous. I called in today to try to talk to a manager to let them know how the employees were acting in front of customers and who ever I spoke to seemed to not care and said he couldn't give me a refund when I never even asked for one!! I was simply so surprised at how horrible of an experience I had had and wanted to bring it to someones attention! I wished I would have recorded it all but I didn't want to feel awkward recording but my husband did take these pictures.

::Absolutely the WORST Chipotle Iāve been to. First time, the messed up, gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again. This time we ordered and we waited 20 minutes after the online pick up time even after it said āorder completedā. I ordered a steak quesadilla and as you can see in the pic.......NOT A SINGLE PIECE IF STEAK TO BE FOUND!!!! My daughterās burrito bowl was supposed to have fajita veggies in it and didnāt! Honestly, if I didnāt dish out almost $60 for this food, I wouldnāt care, I gave them a second shot and blew it! Iām sure they donāt care one bit, but just wanted everyone else to be awake and not just make all your food is there, but that what you ordered is correct!
