  We where the only ones in the store and 4 employees watched as 1 person tried to coble together our order. I asked for a small amount of black beans yet she spooned more than i have ever seen. I told her it was to much and she stared blankly remember there are still 3 other people standing in the back watching. Then comes the steak a half a scoop when I asked if she could balance it to at least match the beans she scoops yet another half and charges me for double steak. So I sit down to eat my bean bowl with a side of steak only to find the beans are under seasoned and under cooked the steak has so much grizzle in it that makes it uneatable. So after 3 bites that where able to be swallowed it had to be abandoned.

  I typically really like Chipotle but this location is terrible. Of all the very many locations I have visited this one is consistently my only bad experience. Shockingly slow and curt, if not downright rude, service. Corporate should really step in. Line of at least 10 people and only one of the (at least) 4 employees actually making orders. A manager is the seating area doing paper work, another employee sweeping and checking napkins, and finally another manager joking and laughing in the back. All clearly seeing the line and single worker on the line by herself. Disgusting management.

  Worst place ever to eat something the customer service doesn’t even have respect they throw the tortillas when you ask for it come on we paid for food is not free

  Over the past two months I've been visiting this Chipotle and I really think it's improved to one of the better Chipotles I've been to. Every time I've ordered a bowl, the ingredients are fresh, delicious, and flavorful and I've had no problems with it so far. Even better, a member of the staff there always accommodates me by switching her gloves because she knows I have a food allergy - and she does it with the friendliest attitude and also follows my food down the line to prevent any more cross contamination. This means a lot since no one wants to be the one to hold up a line of customers during lunch rush, and if both customers behind me and the employees are annoyed, that's even worse! So I'm grateful they have her and that she exhibits great customer service skills.

  Worst chipotle in the world. I live right by it but choose to deal with the inconvenience of finding parking near the ballston mall chipotle because this place ruins burritos like it's their job.
