  There are two Chipotles in Union Station. If you're on the ground level and can feel every unwelcome gust of air and having anxiety if there will be a table free by the time your burrito is finished, you're waiting in the wrong line. Head downstairs and go to the better Chipotle and you can even treat yourself to an ice cream within reaching distance to reward your better decision.

  Their chicken is too burnt most of the time. And I'm never full after eating at this place because they try their best to give you less on everything. I used to dine here like 3-4 times a week but now it has become once in a blue moon. Really wish Chipotle goes back to the times when they first started. Well cooked meats and you were always full and satisfied.

  I was here this afternoon and felt very rushed going through it. They labeled my veggie Bowl as chicken and almost made me pay for it. They rushed me through the line so fast I didn't get everything I wanted on my veggie bowl and when I asked for them to put it on they gave it to me as a side which is an extra cost.

  First time I've ever had a bad experience at a Chipotle; this place really is suprisingly terrible. It's buisness model is basically free-riding on the reputation of all the other good Chipotles out there.

  The steak was empty and the front had called for more to be made several times, but the cook was loitering in the dining area. When he was confronted about it, he shrugged and hung around for awhile before returning to work. The front of house team should get a raise for remaining positive and hard working in that kind of work environment and the cook should be replaced for literally not doing his job.
