  BIG store however one can always find what one is looking for at a great price. Bathroom a bit scuzzy 🤷🏾‍♀️ if you gotta go you gotta go

  natasha, the new store manager is incredibly rude. she was screaming at a homeless man. a poor helpless homeless man. i have truly lost my faith in all humanity.

  This is what privilege looks like: I walk in…I observe one guy cleaning the food counter, a female cleaning the grill and one girl ( appears to be the shift lead) also wiping things. Note, I’m the only customer for what seems about 3 minutes as I patiently wait to be greeted. In walks a white lady, dressed in yoga gear and a riled up yoga mat walks right up to the counter and and the ( seems lead ) rushes to the register. White lady proceeds to order. Now it’s been about 7 minutes. Since I’ve walked in, secured my place in line ( at the glass where the food is) and finally the guy acknowledged me and proceeded to take my order. When the lead girl working the register ( all while eating chips ) says to me in a neck cutting motion “ is that all” ? Yes I’m confirm. That’s it. I pay for my order and without hesitation and a total lack of eye contact she balls up my receipt and and I interrupt her chewing and preparing to discard my receipt I say “ I’ll take that please”. I’m not sure what kind of day the staff had…..I may have come in at the tail end of a Wretched shift but even so - I deserve better. Would this have gone differently had I shown up early day instead of 8 pm? Keep in mind they close at 10. I would love to hear from management on this one. But I seriously doubt they care enough to even care.

  Long day at work. Ordered online for my husband to pick up. I selected double portion of the pollo asada and barbacoa. He arrives home with the pickup order and I pickup my bowl to find it ridiculously light. No steak. Some chicken. Ridiculous Highly dissatisfied.

  The food is just like any other location. The young man who served my food was really efficient. However, the service was very mechanical and the staff was not able to provide a little human touch. The layout of the restaurant is too open which I don't like. Everywhere you sit you feel you are on display to the public. There's not even a little corner to eat your meal quietly. Watch for that raised step after you enter the restaurant. If you trip you could end up losing some teeth.
