  It doesn't matter if you order before, during, or after the lunch rush, the food is rarely ever ready. When it is ready there are items missing. Or the order wasn't prepared correctly. Ask for a steak fajita quesadilla and the fajitas aren't in it. Ask for a steak fajita quesadilla again, the quesadilla is correct but the sides are missing. Ask for the dressing and its not included. Pay extra for guacamole and its not included. Order online and still have to wait for food, before the lunch rush even comes in.

  Extremely long line for online orders. Waited about an hour. The employees are overworked and confused. Paid extra for double chicken and it was burnt. The tomatoes were rancid. Paid for chips, didn’t get any. This is completely unacceptable service. Do better.

  It was about 6:15 pm I had to wait at least 15 min before I ordered . There was a huge line and only two people working including the cashier . I ordered bowl with brown rice and garlic beef . Garlic beef was dry and tasted awful. And asked for glass of water never got it . Too much demand understaffed for busy time. Poor quality . I did not finish it . I binned it .

  Anytime we've ever gone to chipotle after 9 PM, you never know what they are going to be out of, or what will just taste over cooked from sitting out under the heat too long. This restaurant has good flavor and terrible consistency in execution (and I'm probably not alone in saying that).

  Showed up 15 minutes after they opened. There was a paper sign on the door saying that they would be opening late. They told us to do an online order. Took 30 minutes for them to make said online order.
