  Everything was good but it was so crowded that people were standing over your table while you ate. Not so good

  Pretty good Chipotle, fast despite the ridiculous lines that happen during the lunch rush (which makes sense, it's downtown Chicago) portions are generous and my pickup order is consistently both correct and on time. Can be quite crowded during lunch. Bathrooms are closed unless you order something, so if you get pickup and still eat in the restaurant you need to ask for the code for the bathroom.

  I’ve been waiting for my food and they closed early. I’m knocking on the window so I can speak with someone and they’re ignoring me. I ordered online and they won’t give me my number. I would appreciate someone from corporate call me now. This is ridiculous. They could’ve simply given my food, but instead they wanted to ignore me. I need someone to call me asap tomorrow or there will be a major problem. This is unacceptable and I want my money back. I’m
