::So I go in @930 last night 12/27 maybe there was a rush before me because there not one but 4 ladies in the line 2 with bad attitude. Maria, must of been the manager on duty as she was wearing a polo. Anyway we’re a family of 10 and I let her know that it’ll be a big order. There’s no one there but my daughter and myself. As I’m ordering the one asking me what I want starts to get very annoyed with me and starts to roll her eyes making faces. The girl in the salsas is struggling and is new, mind you there’s 4 ladies and no one helps. Again I have a big order and my burritos aren’t getting labeled. (Usually they put C for chicken and number them by order) That’s what annoys me so I grab the marker and label them myself because I’m not going to have my kids dinner mixed up and not know who’s it what. I continue to order and two ladies are just standing there and I ask them to please label my food at this point they grabbed the marker and took it away. They both just stare at me and with attitude tell me no that they had to throw away the marker because I touched it. I’m like ok whatever. Maria the cashier manager mumbles not knowing I hear her and call me “Pinche vieja estupida” I was so close to leaving our food there didn’t get food for my husband and myself. Paid about $65 and got called out of my name for them not doing their job! My mother was an assistant GM for years and I worked for chipotle for 5 plus years so maybe things have changed but I have very high standards when I go into chipotle and this was by far the worst experience ever!

::Ordered online for pick-up. Estimated pick up time was 6:40pm, arrive at said time. There was a long line to order food (nearly out the door) walked around to the Togo pick up shelves and no orders were on the shelf. 4-5 customers showed up waiting for their online orders and NONE of them were ready. Waited 10 minutes before anyone game over to assist. She took out names disappeared into the kitchen for a couple minutes came back out and said they should be ready soon. 10 minutes pass, even more people are waiting for their pick up orders and still no orders are ready. They’ve assisted all of the other customers who walked in, and everyone who was waiting for their “ready” orders are still waiting. Same employee came over took all of our names again, and disappeared into the kitchen. A few minutes later she comes out with one bag of food for me. I ordered 4 meals, chips, guacamole, queso, and salsa. I asked her if I had all of my items- and she asked if she had the right Caitlin- they did. A few minutes later she comes out with a second bag but it was missing my tacos. When I confronted the employee she was defensive, didn’t apologize, and continued assisting the customers who walked in. Unbelievably terrible customer service. Cannot get a hold of anyone at chipotle, I would like a refund for the huge inconvenience. It would’ve been MUCH faster to walk in and order it at the store.

::I ordered lettuce in my bowl and burrito did not get any. Also there was a bay leaf in my bowl. Portion size of meat was to little I had to really look for it.

::Just ordered food for pickup, two burrito bowls. Mine was fine my wife’s was completely missing the meat she ordered carnitas and Al pastor not a SINGLE shred of protein. After taking a few bites and discovering this she tried to call the restaurant only to be answered by some robot. She then finally gets annoyed and goes to Shitpotle just to be called a LIAR by some woman behind the counter!!! And they give her half the portion of meat because “it seems you have ate some” As mad as I am feeling robbed by this establishment, I decide it’s better to write a review than to go in and confront the automaton behind the counter who was less helpful than their answering machine.
