  I must have come right after a rush. The area around the soda machine was a mess. There was trash on the floor and the napkin dispensers were empty or almost empty. Since I was eating in some minutes after I sat down someone came out and clean the area. The chips I got were oily and did not have the Lime salt on them. They were still eatable but just. As always the guac was great.

  Worst chipotles I’ve been at. Asked for double rice because I can’t eat beans. And I was given half of a normally portion and than when I asked for more the lady rolled her eyes at me. Mind you I’m getting two burritos. Two I asked for fro chicken and there was only one portion left and she split it between the two burritos and acting like it was normally. Than I’ll I asked for was extra sour cream and I get one lil scoop on both, and than didn’t even ask if I wanted anything else. And then when I asked about my charges bc I get the “chicken three pointer” I get “NO we changed that along time ago so it’s the price it says” Totally unprofessionally. Disappointed

  I have been going to chipotle since 2000 and have loved everything about it. I would give 5 stars but I felt like the staff at this location were preoccupied, not very helpful and not the nicest. They weren't necessarily rude but it felt like they didn't have a care. We lived at the children's hospital for 55 days and went here frequently. I always left wondering what was up with the service!

  I loved going to this place but lately the last two visits to this location has left me very unhappy. The portions are not even what they are supposed to be, from what I understood it's based off what the chef says. If the chef says less. Then less is what your getting. You have to pay double meat just to get the portion that should be given the first time. Same with the rice and the beans. I am very unhappy with the service. If you go when there is a good food server that knows her job, she takes care to make sure the portions are done right. That's the way it should be. The chef DOES NOT own the restaurant.

  The place was not clean. We had to clean the table and the chairs before sitting. I am not sure if someone actually cleans the dining room. The food is the usual Chipotle. The service was quick, as expected. The place is in the middle of a plaza with quite a few other food places around.
