::I usually go to chipotle and it's always clean and easy, but this one the people working had an attitude and one of the boys was eating the food with his gloves still on and didn't change them. Plus I saw food fall out of his mouth at some point so please don't go here for you safety

::Service at this location used to be good, but that is no longer the case. Today there were 7 boys behind the line filling orders and a line out the door, you would think it would be fast with that many people working. Exact opposite. One of the boys behind the line had long, extremely dirty looking hair and no hairnet. Iโm sorry but where are cleanliness standards for food service? One person scoops the beans and rice, the next scoops the meat, and the next does salsa. Then the last two put on cheese etc. Not sure if this is a training thing or just lack of management. None of the bowls were marked what they were so the cashier had a hard time ringing everything in. Portions were smaller than normal and when asked for a bit more cheese, dirty looks were given. Loved chipotle since they opened and have always gone to this location, but that ends today. Service goes a long way and with the number of people working today, the service was abysmal at best. If youโre old enough to get a job, youโre old enough to have personal hygiene, especially serving food. Surprised this location is still operating with such low standards for their employees. Avoid this location at all costs

::The food tastes fine, but just don't mobile order. Each time we mobile order, something goes wrong. Today's instance was them completely forgetting the meat in my bowl. Ordered a steak bowl and, without hyperbole, there was no steak inside. It was just the rice and beans.

::Do NOT place a web order at this store! We placed one tonight with a promised pickup time of 8:20 pm. My son went to pick it up, arriving at 8:20 pm. He was told that the order wasn't ready and they were working on it. Apparently, their policy is to serve the in-store ordering customers first, and work on web orders only if there is time without in-store customers, even if the web order customer is waiting there in the store and the "promise time" has long since passed. My son finally got the order at 9:12 pm - almost an hour after the promised time. To make matters worse, we had ordered two burritos with guacamole as well as a side order of guacamole. Neither burrito had guacamole (which, for the non-vegetarian one, they did charge extra) and we didn't receive the side order of guacamole (which we were also charged for.) The guacamole for both burritos as well as the side order was clearly listed on the receipt. Such a disappointing experience. Not only will we not web order again - we will never eat at that store again.

::I feel like I have to write this review because it has gotten bad at this location, and believe me I have given plenty of chances. I used to come here every week on my way to work, but I now drive 20 min out of the way because I have been repeatedly frustrated/ disappointed. Each time I come it feels like the portions get smaller and the quality is less. The meat is overcooked and dry and the amount of food is dismal. I watch each of the employees give half scoops of meat, literally go out of their way to dump meat off the portioned out spoon and with every other topping you have to beg for a normal portion. I used to be able to make 2 meals out of a bowl and now its barely 1. They also raised prices, so in my opinion, it seems bad business to raise prices and decrease portions. I also get a side of guacamole instead of on my bowl for the same reason and now they don't even fill up the side cup. Like, you pay $3 more for guacamole, give the full portion! And definitely don't order online, if you can't watch them make it, forget it, you won't even have a full meal. Last thing, I understand that covid has made things challenging all around, but being kind is free and if you are going to decrease portions, increase prices, at least provide good customer service and don't be rude. I am writing this as a plea for a change in how things are done, because I would really like to be able to utilize this location again, but as it stands, I just can't anymore.
