::Floor filthy, wet, lady had her child running around as if she wanted others to babysit. Employees was nice, just was the establishment that was nasty. The food was ok, I tried eating in there but it just wasn’t clean, made the food turn out terrible if you know what I mean. Please fix that water from where ever it’s coming from. Where is the GM when you need her or him?

::WORST CHIPOTLE in the city! I redeemed a free drink via the app & when I got to the restaurant the soda machine was out of order. Ok cool. But, the cashier still put a cup in my bag????? Then watched me pour flat soda in a cup. Did not offer to fix the mistake. This place also does NOT follow order notes. I asked for LIGHT hot salsa yet it’s all over my burrito & way too spicy to eat. I really wish they would change this place to something else. It’s a different issue EVERY visit.

::Chipotle locations in Maryland overall have really gone down in the dumps it seems. I had a particularly bad experience at this location and wanted to make consumers aware of their practices. I placed a online pick up order from my office for lunch. When I arrived I was told the order had already been picked up, after standing waiting for assistance for 30 minutes. So I am told I must repay for the meal I never received and wait in the line, by who was referred to as the manager. I paid double for a meal because this location is disorganized and gave my food to someone else during the lunch rush. Poor customer service is an understatement. Would give 0 stars if I could.

::We ordered online for the first time, paid online, and picked it up. My husband and I each got a burrito. When you arrive, there's a shelf of items that were ordered online and you just grab your bag and go. No one even verifies if it's your own order, which I found disconcerting. Nevertheless, I picked up my order and when I got home, I realized our burritos were poor in quality and were missing half of what we asked for. It sucked. To their credit, we emailed them and they sent us a coupon for 2 free burritos which was nice of them. We made our order obline and went to the restaurant to wait for our order. We sat for 30 minutes waiting for it to be ready. Finally, I got tired of waiting and went up to the register and asked about our order. The girl looked around and handed me a bag that had been sitting behind the registers for a while and no one had even bothered to check to put it over by the online order pick up. This, too, was frustrating. So overall, I'd say this particular Chipotle doesn't have the best service but when you reach out, they take actions to keep you coming back. That's the only reason why I gave them 3 stars and not 1. I'll probably still go back because it's Chipotle but this time I'll order in the restaurant so I can see everything they're putting in the burritos.

::I was refused service 20 minutes before closing by an unfriendly and dismissive staff. I was not greeted with a hello when I came in. Instead, two employees yelled across the room at me: "online orders only!" I tried to do so but was then approached by a manager who claimed that ordering online wouldn't work either. When I demanded to know why I could not simply order in store since they were still open for another 20 minutes, I was told that their "system wouldn't accept it." As one who has worked in food service before, I found this utterly preposterous. The manager even implied that he would give me food for free but withdrew the offer citing he "didn't like" my attitude. I was calmly and assertively asking him to explain the situation. I was not yelling or disrespecting anyone, and yet I was treated like trash. No apologies, no empathy. I left the store in tears and will likely never eat at Chipotle anywhere ever again.
