::I found two long brown hairs in my burrito bowl. Way smashed in there so I know it wasn't just my hair that fell into the bowl. My hair also isn't as long as these hairs were. They also did not cook the fajita veggies, as the red onion and peppers were almost completely raw and made the dish taste terrible. My bowl was also missing salsa and guacamole which obviously I paid extra for. I ordered a Kids Cheese build your own and we did not receive any cheese at all. We also only got one taco shell when there is supposed to be two. I cannot believe how terrible of an experience this was. I'm a single Mom who wanted to treat her son to a Valentines Day dinner and this is what we got.

::My wife and I normally love ordering Chipotle as it is one of the only places that caters to her celiac disease. However, they have removed the ability for me to contact the store, so I have no way of asking the staff to (per Chipotle policy) change their gloves and utensils to make sure my wife is safe. Instead I was stuck fighting with their Artificial "Intelligence" bot and I still have no way to contact the store. Unless something changes, we will not be ordering from Chipotle again. Very unimpressed with the complete lack of human contact in their customer service process.

::Home of the most expensive pitiful portions. Asked for extra rice and even apologized for asking and pointing out it was a skimpy amount, was told “that’s because we are out of rice”…the next batch came out 30 seconds later. So I asked for a side of rice from the other employee and ended up paying for that, while the guests behind me got the extra they asked for in their bowls, for free (seems like a necessary ask, the “normal” amount doesn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl, meanwhile the picturesque bowl advertised is bursting at the rim). I’m pretty easygoing, I’ll pay for what I ask for, but I’m already paying for a $12-$14 bowl, it should come with the advertised amount of the cheapest part of the bowl. This place used to be our favorite fast food, now we rarely stop by due to issues like this (seriously, don’t even think about ordering delivery, it was laughably small portions). I really hope it improves.

::This is the 3rd order in a row over the last 45 days that I've picked up like this. I hate to leave a bad review because I like Chipotle and as a former employe I understand what the company is capable of. there is no more than an ounce of protein and a dabble of sour cream(only on one side of the bowl). Normally this team performs pretty great but the quality has been sliding for some time now.
