  I love Chipotle and frequent it probably once/twice a month. This is saying something because the closest Chipotle to me is an 40 minute drive. The reason I am writing this review is because I love it very much but this particular Chipotle has been producing a pretty bad experience the last couple of times I’ve gone. The management is completelty lacking, they have young kids there that need help and managed. I have food allergies and every time I go to a Chipotle they wash their hands, change their gloves and spoons for the food that I’ll be eating. This time the young high school aged boy waiting on me began to change his gloves, another younger woman came over and told him to finish the woman in front of me and she’d take care of me. To which this confuses everyone working there. No one waited on the woman in front of me, the food line was completely dirty, and the woman waiting on me began changing spoons before the other woman had gone through. Her food just sat there. The line began to build behind me, another older woman came out and said what’s going on? They explained the woman in front of me needed finished, but by this point the spoons were already changed. Everyone Just stood there until the young boy finished her, contaminating the newly replaced spoons. Then the woman helping me used those exact spoons for me. I was so overwhelmed with the experience and the growing line behind so I paid and left. I have to say, very disappointed. Won’t be back for a little while, I hope someone gets this place under control. Not only was it bad service but dangerous for those of us with food allergies.

  Chipotle offers "Mexican" type foods prepared cafeteria style. The place was clean, staff were very polite, but the food was mediocre at best. I enjoyed the speed at which the food was prepared, but the end result also tasted as if i just had a gas station burrito. This joint has a following of sorts, I'm just not one of them. Personally I can not recommend Chipotle.

  Best fast-food burgers and fries and good service: they handle the lunch time rush without long waits or low quality.

  I ordered food online a day in advance for a work event, and it was supposed to be done at 12pm. When we arrived there at 12pm, it took us until 12:23pm to get to the front of line, and when we got there the Chipotle employee said our order was not ready and they would start making it and shrugged her shoulders when we stated that we had ordered it a day a head of time to avoid this. It was not ready until almost 1pm.
