::Chipotle is good old Chipotle however this location has horrible service! Staff members are kinda rude and would rather talk to each other than guests. This wasn't just a one time occasion either. This location is right near my work but I'll start driving the extra 10 minutes to another one.

::Food is good but they never open on time. I am waiting outside in the sun on my lunch break while they prepare an order for a school program that was called in days ago. They should have been more prepared for the volume with the 3 day notice and adjusted their start times. This is not he first time I have come and they were late to open. I understand they are busy, however they should have brought in more people or let us come in and get out of the sun. Very disappointing.

::I went in at 1:38 pm knowing it would not be busy. Ordered a salad and at the register noticed there was no vinaigrette. Requested some and was told no and it was going to take 10 minutes the girl looked in the fridge behind her and found a clearly frozen container of dressing which she then told me was old. I said I would wait. Needless to say 20 minutes later I did not have anything. I told the girl I had been waiting 20 minutes she said “I didn’t know and it isn’t ready”. Obviously didn’t care about the customer. The manager can around the corner to listen to to the girl tell me she would make me fresh food....my question to her was why would I want fresh food if I can not leave with dressing. After the light bulb went on on her head she then offers a refund. 25 min into my lunch. Regina the manager stepped in finally when she realized her less then helpful assistant was making it worse and proceeded to blame the new girl who I thought did an excellent job. She went back and asked for the dressing more than once and for the manager Regina to openly blame an employee is horrible. Get a clue Regina and take responsibility for your inability to run a restaurant.
