  There is no reason for this place to exist. They take care of maybe 30 people a day, and you have to wait at least 4 hours, IF YOU'RE LUCKY. Waste of good real estate, they'd be just as effective working out of a small box truck.

  This office is OK. Clients always wait long long time. I also saw people playing his phone, instead of helping clients. But Hill is very kindly and helpful. Thank you, Hill.

  Don’t even deserve one star.. the rude lady in the front treating those Chinese old man like trash.. if you guys can not hire an officer who can speak their language, hire an interpreter!! (Since the majority of their customers are Chinese) Yelling at the people who don’t speak your language is not helpful at all!! And she was mean and rude, maybe she didn’t eat any breakfast.. Bad experience..

  3 hours for ticket to get called.. Reps are lazy and have no consideration for those waiting..
