  Food was good. Service was not terrible but it was not great either. We were served in a timely manner.

  HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND!!! You'd think that this location being on the riverwalk would be nice and clean but it wasn't. Other locations are far more cleaner and nicer. Hostess was rude and I knew right off the bat this place wasn't going to be pleasant. Waiter took a while to ask what drinks we wanted and to actually give us our drinks, she even forgot about the drink my sister had asked for from the bar. But later on the waiter did a pleasant job and asked if we needed anything and made sure our food was cooked just right, she was the only friendly one there. A different lady came and gave us our appetizer and the plates were dirty and she was rude. She also helped our original waitress by giving our us our food and she didn't smile to us or anything. The sirloin wasn't all too great as it had mainly fat and hardly any meat and my plate was cracked and dirty. At the end, our ticket was switched with someone else's order.

  I love Chili’s but I was disappointed here. I always get their strawberry lemonade, but it was sour and watery. The waitress was polite and let me change for just water without charging me. The meal itself was ok, nothing special. There was hardly anyone there while other restaurants had many people. The waitress was nice and the service was good, but you go to a restaurant for food, so I just couldn’t give it a higher rating. It would be one of my last choices to go back to.

  Food was as expected of any Chili's restaurant. Location is good, with a great view of the river walk. Had to wait for a table for 2, even though there were more empty tables and booths than there were customers (at dinner time on a Saturday). Seemed a bit short-staffed even with so few customers. Will probably pick a different restaurant next time.

  I wish I didn’t have to give them any stars at all. The entire experience was Deplorable. A family friend that was with us didn’t get his drink till after the food came. We had sent our send our food back several times due to it being incorrect or ice cold. I’ve been to lots of bad restaurants considering how often I travel but this just might take the cake we had to practically beg for our food and had we not been harassing them for it after the third half hour we probably wouldn’t had gotten any The wait staff as short with us and brought the teenagers children portions. This was an absolutely horrid experience and I would not recommend this place to someone I like.
