  Me and my family had such a pleasant experience this evening at Chili's- mostly made possible by our server, Rob. Rob was attentive throughout our visit, making sure to check on us, answer questions, make recommendations, and even threw in a few jokes along the way. He was beyond personable, and while we often have a nice time at Chili's, this evening definitely stood out from the rest. Thanks, Rob, for not making us feel like "just another customer".

  Memorial Day Weekend. When we first walked in we were greeted as if we bothered the hostess. She seated us by the bathroom at a dirty table while there were plenty of booths available. We asked to sit at one of the available booths and she rolled her eyes. Dirty floors, dirty bathroom and food was late. Cannot believe how far downhill this place has gone. Maybe next time, a few years from now. The save to this was our server, Dani! Always had a smile and was attentive to our table.

  Better than the other chains (Applebee's, TGIF, Outback). Friendly service. Decent prices. Plenty of specials and membership deals. The on-table tablet made spliting the bill and paying very convenient. Had the Cajun Chicken Pasta and it was great.

  Greeter & server were friendly and polite. It was crowded but the wait time was quick. Service with a smile and even customers were friendly. Food was hot & flavorful and portions was on point. Thanks for a great experience to this location. We will be back.

  My fiancee & myself love Chili's, just went for a late lunch/early dinner & the food was great, the service was even better! Noah was our server & Damiano the manager was was a great help! Both were friendly, knowledgeable, & professional, which we value & appreciate! So keep up the great work guys! & we highly recommend this Somers, N.Y. Chili's restaurant, we have been coming for years & will continue to patron here for years to come! :)
