  We got there and no hostess. We waited and were told she would be right with us. I was there long enough to notice that there was a table for 20 that had not been been bussed in a while long enough for the ice in the glasses to start melting. When the hostess arrived about 10 minutes into our wait. She acted as if we were a bother. She did not apologize for keeping us waiting. We had some time to look at the menu. No one came to take our drink order after about 5 minutes I started looking fo a manager. If one was there they were invisible. We left after 10 minutes. We went to On the Boarder. No one from Chili's has reached out to me. We are done with Chili's

  Food was good very slow service we went on a Monday night and it took over 30 mins to receive our food.

  Fantastic customer service and great food! We've been coming to this Chili's for a few years with no big mistakes. This last time one of the staff made a slight mistake on the order. We called and returned for the few items left. The manager herself serviced us, apologized for their error and double checked to ensure we had what we needed. She also offered an extra something for our being inconvenienced.

  I arrived around 5:30 p.m. and it was not busy at all. The host took me to my table and I didn't see another employee for 10 minutes. The host was not busy but I was curious to see how long it would take for someone to see what I would like to drink. Finally, someone came to take my order. I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to ask if I wanted a refill and it wasn't even my waiter. The food was good and I have no complaints. With some training and better utilazation of staff then this location could become a better place to dine.
