::45 minutes to get served @2:30 on a Saturday. Place 3/4 empty. Chicken fajitas were rubbery & inedible. They wanted to debate the issue. Never left a restaurant hungrier than arriving before today. Other Chilli’s are being closed in the area. This one should be next.

::The food was great except the rice that came with my fajitas, it was dry and hard and hurt my teeth. Everything else was great, especially that nachos. For the first time in a long time we had an absolutely wonderful server. Shout out to Natalie, she was great!

::We attempted to eat there tonight. Key word: attempted. The restaurant was not busy at all maybe 2 parties sat and 3 ahead of us, we were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait with the restaurant mostly empty. I’ve worked in many restaurants and there should not have been a wait. The host informed us he was the only server, host, bartender and to go. He was doing 4 peoples jobs. Where was management? No where that I saw and they only had one cook. Is there not management? Normally managers will step in and help the restaurant run smoothly. I felt for the man doing 4 jobs but we left and went elsewhere.

::Even though they are understaffed, with one lady serving she was absolutely wonderful. While another being efficient to get people seated and cleaning as a group leaves. I just appreciate everyone that worked last night and made our meal wonderful. Always appreciated those who work in food. Thank you 😊

::Under staffed, poor communication with floor staff and kitchen. Bar closed due to no bartender only lounge open didn't want to open table for 6. Didn't sing happy birthday. Hostess didn't communicate professionally and made snarky comments. Piss poor apology is when four tables were open and people being turned away for 30 minutes wait. Food came out separate and not all complete. Waited up to 20 minutes for all parts of meals.
