  We visited here for a girl's night. I was disappointed in the food quality. I always enjoyed ordering my chicken ranch quesadillas but lately the food tastes off and the food has given me a bad stomach.

  My boyfriend and I have been together for more than five years now. No, Chili's isn't the best food you can get in NYC, but the food is fine for when we feel like going on a "date" where we can sit in a booth and completely ignore each other while scrolling through social media on our phones. There's usually a huge table of screaming children with tired-lookibf adults nearby, a young couple nearby on an early-relationship date where the guy is making ridiculous statements trying to impress a bored looking chick, and a bunch of teenagers crammed into a booth screaming. But you can get a free soda if you sign up for rewards! They used to have a waiter named Michael Little. He was amazing. We miss him. He had a Spiderman order pad.

  I usually like Chili's, as a matter of fact I really like Chili's, which I guess on some levels is sad, but call it a guilty pleasure. Anyway the one on Staten island stinks, which is unfortunate because I live here, every other Chili's I've been too is fun and sets the bar high for casual fast food. A few months back we had to leave before food got to the table because someone in the kitchen mixed amonia and bleach and created a gas that was burning our nostrils so we left and went to Buffalo wild wings, at this point you may notice that I've still awarded 2 stars and not 1, I write it off as a fluke and I'm sure someone got yelled at But we recently decided to give it another shot and after eating maybe 75% of my usual Chili's intake the food felt extra heavy and oily in my body and idk what that was about, even if you chalk that one up to my own biology, it doesn't change the fact that the highly anticipated chicken and waffles I ordered were a MAJOR letdown, only thing worth coming here for is the margarita specials

  Wonderful people ! Great management ! What can i say ? The food (especially the fajitas!) Is awesome ! Our waitress Stephanie was so kind to our special needs daughter . (Not knowing she was special, even brought a little cup of lemonade for her dolly at her request). The bartender (I'm so sorry that we didn't get her name) stood vigil outside the ladies room for my daughter to make sure she was safe whilst she went. Kindness and compassion are not traits that can be bought. It's either in your heart, or not ! Whomever is hiring these fine young men and women should not only be applauded, but promoted whereas the discretion of hiring wonderfully ethical employees spreads throughout your organization ! Kudos "Chili's" See you next week and every week if we're able !
