  My kids have been coming here for a year. All of a sudden I getting bite warning for my kids and told there going to disenroll my kids cause they keep biting. I am a single parent and this is my only child care. I find it weird that I get bite warning but my kids come home with sever bites but I reserve no notes or letters and it seems to be the same kid every time they bite. Which the girls have openly admit this child bullies my kids. I have more then once brought my kids home with busted lips sever bites and badly scrapped up knees and very Filthy more then once. My mother who has picked up my kids more then once. Said that when she picked them up they are covers in sand and dirt and the diapers seemed to have been left on for way to long and have bite marks. After today I have decided to report this establishment because it seems something is wrong here. I have also reported multiple times my kids have food allergies and it took them until now to tell me I need a doctors note. Which I find to be a little dangerous after you said something more then once. it should have been handle right there. I am not the only parent having these issues.

  My kids have been going to this daycare for four years. And it was great until the new director Dominique Rivera took over and decided to disenroll all school age kids that do not attend Monte Vista or Biltmore Prep stating that they were beyond capacity for school age children and needed to be in compliance with the state. I understand discontinuing bus services to thin out the amount of children if they are truly over capacity, but my kids have been coming here for four years. It's not my fault they continued to accept children well after my kids have been established. Instead of going by enrollment date they decided to displace all the children. Without efficient notice. The letter was dated August 24, 2017, however the letter was not clipped to my children's sign in sheet until Friday September 1st, which was also a holiday weekend. This is not 2 weeks notice. This left me 4 business days to find alternate daycare. I could have had someone pick my kids up at the daycare and take them to school with proper notice even with discontinuing the bus service, but I was not given the choice. This is the closet daycare to my home and work. My kids were disenrolled based in what school they attend. If you ask me, that is discrimination. Don't bring your kids here.

  I LOVE EVERYTHING about this place. I can tell that they actually are teaching my child and helping me build a stronger and more efficient foundation for learning everyday life skills, counting, shapes, colors, respect, and manors. My son is 3 years old and knows his days of the week, opposites, colors, he can almost count to 10, knows his ABCs up to the letter H, and more! The only 1 thing that I would change is the playground is sand and not recycled tires. But whats more important? My son has been to 2 other well-known, commercialized, accredited schools and they don't have anything on this school unless you just want your kids doing arts & crafts and playing ALL day instead of learning. When it comes to preparation for life and learning successfully Childtime is the one! .

  The management team in the office is very friendly, caring, and helpful. They take the time to make sure the children needs is put first. The staff throughout the daycare is warm and inviting. I recommend that you take your child(ren) to this center.
