  We cannot seem to even be able to make an appt with the genetics clinic. There are so many hoops. We have jumped through them all and still cannot get an appt bc they are closed to new spots until the next wk or month etc. our daughter is 16 and will be an adult before she gets an appt at this rate. It has been going on for months.

  Great team in the Genetics department. They have been very helpful with our questions as well as pointing us in the right direction to get the extra help we need.

  my son was recently diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder and we got sent to this clinic. We were on a several month long wait list. Never got a reminder call or notified of appointment again and turns out someone put the wrong phone number to contact me in his chart. They said a text reminder never went through. Like what happened to calling?? Very disappointed that we missed this due to someone not paying attention to little details!! now we have to wait even longer to be seen. not a good first impression at all.
