::YOU DESERVE A -1 STAR! The only good reviews this place has WAS WRITTEN BY THEIR EMPLOYEES/FAMILY MEMBERS! THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER & IF YOU ARE A WOMAN ORDERING. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO BE DISRESPECTED NOT ONLY BY THE DELIVERY DRIVER IF HE FEELS THE TIP WAS NOT SUFFICIENT ENOUGH BUT BY THE MANAGER OF THE BERGENFIELD LOCATION AS WELL! I normally order from the Mawah & Hawthorne locations which are separately owned & was so pleased with the service & food. I spoke so highly of it to my staff n patients, I decided to order so they may try it because I wanted them to cater to the NOT ONLY THE MOST PRESTIGIOUS BUT #1 HOSPITAL in NJ. When the driver arrived, he spoke to me Disrespectfully in Front of my Colleagues, Fellow Physicians & Patients. The food was to be delivered to our Office/Suite as it requests on Eat24 website & he began to speak to me in a VERY NASTY & DIGUSTING TONE because the driver says he only delivers to addresses, not Suites & that it was on the website. THERE IS NO WHERE ON EAT24 THAT SAYS "No deliveries to Apts or Suites!" UNDER THEIR RESTAURANT!! I called the establishment to notify the manager of this HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE & HE TOO BEGAN TO CURSE ME!!! THIS IS HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE ESPECIALLY COMING FROM 2 MEN TALKING TO WOMEN IN THAT MANNER! After taking 2HRS TO DELIVER & I'M ONLY 15MINS AWAY!! THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE & NOT EVEN PREPARED THE WAY IN WHICH I ORDERED IT! I DO NOT EAT PORK!!!! AND MY FRIES ORDERED TASTES LIKE IT WAS PREPARED IN THE SAME OLD PORK GREASE!!! AND I HAD HAIR IN MY FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THIS FOOD TO SOMEONE LESS FORTUNATE BC IT WAS BEYOND DISGUSTING! I WASTED MY MONEY, WAS DISRESPECTED & WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE WAS IN MY FOOD BY HOW POORLY IT WAS PREPARED!!!!! SO I SUGGEST YOU ORDER FROM THE MAWAH & HAWTHORNE LOCATION WHICH ARE EXCELLENT WITH SERVICE, FOOD NOT ONLY IS FRESH BUT LOOKS & TASTES DELICIOUS AS WELL! I'M SURPISED THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT HASN'T SHUT THEM DOWN YET. BUT WITH THIS SERVICE & BAD FOOD I'M SURE THEY WON'T LAST MUCH LONGER.

::By far the worst establishment ive ever ordered from, im not the kinda person to write reviews, but after waiting 2 hours for a delievery, multiple ignored call backs, and after i finally get through having the guy on the phone yell at me and hang up in my face, talking bout you don't understand how it works...huh. But of course the order then comes wrong and cold. The hatred I feel for the disrepectful and unprofessionalism of this place is at a new high. Do yourself the favor and stay away! the menu may look enticing but that it!
