::This is by far the cleanest CE I've been in. The employees all are friendly and polite. Food was fast. Taste amazing. I have no complaints other than this CE isnt in my home town. I'll definitely be here again next time I'm in the area.

::We have been ordering from this Chicken Express for a while. If I'm not mistaken, they have a fairly new GM. I met her last night. Melanie! :) This lady has it going on. I saw a lot of noticeable changes last night when we ordered a very large family dinner and extras... All the way from her taking my order over the phone to the organization I saw when I went through the drive through to pick it up and her professional attitude and sincerity showing she really cared about customer service and that the food was hot , fresh and making sure we had everything we needed. She even gave us paper plates!! The food was hot, fresh and was the best we had ever gotten from this location. They also have a new Spicy chicken and honestly Popeyes better watch out... This new spicy chicken is crazy good!!! Plus you get a lot more for your $ at Chicken Express. We all agreed last night that they have made some positive changes and I hope Melanie stays around a while, because her and her team put out a mean meal last night! Definitely recommend and will be back!

::I was just handed a box out the window. No bag. No napkins. No sauce. I requested sauce and napkins and was handed sauces and napkins as I fumbled to bring them in and place them somewhere. Then... My fries were like warm. Mind you, there wasn't a line or anything. You would think it would be fresh since I had the only order and waited the normal wait time. Horrible.

::The shop was clean and that says a lot for many of the fast food chicken chains. There was no wait in line because they were well staffed with professional and friendly workers. My food was hot and delivered as promised.
