  First of all, I'm a huge fan of chick-fil-a and their service but the manager (girl, not going to bother with the name) is probably the last person I'd use as an example to their superb service. We arrived and were called over to the register (by the manager) only to be ignored shortly after. Mind you, she went to help an employee with the register but didn't bother to say anything to us just walked off. After waiting and waiting, she did not proceed to attend us but rather went on to other things. So we were helped by someone else. Then after standing around for some time (at least 20 min), the manager decides to let us know that we can take a seat because our food is going to be a while. She was standing there talking with everyone and preparing the meals for a family that was before us the entire time and rather than letting us know that it's still going g to be a while, she chose to ignore us completely. What a terrible way to deal with hungry people.

  Extremely rude staff and management. Refused to service my order and gave me a refund because the staff was to incompetent and lazy to service my order of chicken strips. While in fact a cook from the back came to the front and recommend to the cashier to stop the order because they didn't want to make my order. Lost a sale. When in fact I had decided to order something different. While managing to void my order completely after I waited 16 minutes. Manager was extremely rude.
