  I had to pull over to the side and wait for 10 minutes for my fries but they more than made up for it by giving me a free sandwich card for next time. Great customer service!

  Chic fil a has a reputation for a standard of excellence and this place holds up that tradition. The staff is very friendly and efficient and even when I've shown up for the drive through and the lines are pretty long, they get people in and out pretty quickly. The place can be difficult to get to at times because 90% of the drivers in Irvine shouldn't have even been awarded drivers liscences but that's another story...

  Decent food and the option to substitute a salad is nice. At the end of the day, it’s fast food and simply can’t rate a 5 star for me. If you need something quick though, this is probably the best you’ll get!

  Chick-fil-A is definitely one of my favorite restaurants. This location always has great service and I never have a bad experience. My favorite meal is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with those delicious waffle fries!

  I'm impressed with the service provided here. The food is delicious! Staff are constantly watching over their guests and thriving for excellence. It's definitely a great place to eat with children. A plus for the indoor playground!
