It is rare for me to have a bad meal at Chick-Fil-A but today I had a pretty bad sandwich and soggy over salted fries. I am usually pleased with my meal but today they completely missed it. I feel like asking for a refund it was so bad. My last visit at this location.

This franchise is probably the least friendly of all the surrounding Chick-fil-A's for Columbia/Howard county area. Every person at the window always seems to be dry offering No smiles or warmth.

Food quality is horrible there have been several occasions when my food was practically inedible. I couldn’t even bite through my sandwich because there is so much fat on it. They don’t put any salt on their fries and they are never fresh either hard or super greasy. I literally cannot stand this location.

This branch consistently gets my orders incorrect and cannot explain why. They don't have good customer service and think they can make up for this clear deficiency by offering free food. The female manager also bad mouthed me in Spanish to her other colleagues. I think she didn't realize that I am Hispanic b/c of my mask. I interacted with 3 managers and they don't know how to adequately address root causes to customer concerns. I asked for the store manager's name and they gave me the wrong name. The female manager wasn't wearing a name tag. They also lied and said corporate outlined their policies -- I spoke to corporate and it's actually the regional, independent manager who creates the policies. Francisco (manager) apologizes a lot but doesn't do much to resolve issues. The other taller, older manager didn't try to address my issue at all and couldn't explain the store policies. I've reached out to the regional manager hoping he resolves my concerns given that he owns the CFA on Executive Drive and Arundel Mills.

Chick-fil-A has great tasting food and quick friendly service. There seems to be a lot of people anxious for one of the delicious chicken burgers, sandwiches, or wraps but they move the lines pretty fast. They also have a kids play area which makes it a great stop for families with young children. If you found this review helpful give me a like please πŸ‘
