  Chick-fil-A on poplar near Mendenhall has been a go-to of mine for many years and has not wavered in the quality of food, cleanliness, and quality of service. My kids love the play area so on a rainy day we will grab lunch or dinner and they will play for a while.

  My favorite fast food, when healthier options aren't available. This particular location is incredibly busy. Two drive through lanes, yet often lines back up into the street. Definitely one of the nicer chick-fil-a's I've been to.

  Now I know why they stay so busy... Not only because of the good food but the customer service is greeeaat!!! Good food and good customer service now that's a great combination!!!

  Of course chik fil a gets five stars. I have never had a problem here. The food is always right and if it ever happens to be wrong, they will take care of you. They are pretty fast so you won't wait for your food for too long.

  I really like CFA. The food is simple but great and the service is usually excellent. The little lady who helped me tonight said all the right things ("my pleasure"), but she wasn't pleasant at all. It's a small thing, but I always look forward to the positive and kind employees.......I was a little disappointed. Food was good, though.
