  What is there to say about Chick-fil-A? It's great chicken, waffle fries, shakes, sodas, salads Etc. Right outside the Tenleytownstop, it's very convenient. Chick-fil-A is very standardized and wherever you are you basically know what you're going to get when you eat at Chick-fil-A.

  This is first Chick-fil-A I have been too where the Employees didn't seem to care, there was even a couple that didn't say "My Pleasure" . I gave it a 3 star cause the fries and sandwich was hit and fresh.

  Why is when i do a survey for the free sandwich i have to wait until the system decides when i can redeem it, it never eas like that my emails would come immediately after i finish this is crazy why change something thats works for the people and you manager looks at me like im lying this i carzy i come in this location to much for then to think im lying

  Besides the parking not being available, the place was trashed inside. EVERY table was dirty and trash was overflowing from the trash cans. They weren't that busy for the place to be like this. The pace and sense of urgency was set to super slow. I asked for a wet towel or something to clean the tables with, thinking that an employee would volunteer to go clean a table and instead they just handed me a wet wipe. This is NOT what you would expect from a chick fil a.

  Wish I could give this place a higher rating, the food was slow, the food disappointing, 12 fries in a LARGE FRY! The chicken grill was about the size of my palm (I am petite with tiny hands) and hammered thin. There was a lady SMOKING INSIDE in a booth, she put her cig out on the table! I have tried breakfast and lunch both 2 times, since this is the closest Chick a filet to my house. I have not been anything other than disappointed. The Chick a Filet in 7 Corners VA is great!!! Fast with NORMAL PORTIONS!
