Even if your order happens to be incorrect, I honestly could never even be upset about it do to the extreme niceness of the staff. This location is always very clean and food at Chick-fil-A is always 💯

::I love Chick Fil A more than life itself, and this CFA is no exception. I’ve never had a bad order here, and of course the service is exceptional! Pros: -Servers are mega polite -Every single thing on the menu -They never forget my sauces (I ask for an obnoxious amount) Cons: -Always crowded -Not open on Sundays... dang morals.

::I made my order at 3:20 this afternoon for work. I knew it was a big order and that it would take a little time to make so we called an hour ahead of when we needed to pick up. They said the order would be ready for pick up at 4:15p. I arrived at 4:15p and did not receive my food until 5:00!!! We called at 3:20!!! Not only was I late to work but i had 15 people waiting for food for 45 minutes. It’s completely unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I do want to apologize to the young man who handed me my food. I was under the impression that he was the manager and he was not. I gave him an earful and didn’t have time to speak to the manager once i realized it wasn’t him. Time management is important. Get it together. The woman next to me had ordered online and also waited for 30 minutes for her food. If you say it will be ready by a certain time, it needs to be. I understand a couple minutes difference but 45 minutes?!? Come on, guys.
