::Went here for dinner 30 minutes before closing, there were a few hiccups as we received the wrong order twice. But I am leaving a 5 star review because the manager and a lovely gentleman named Abolaji stepped up and made the remainder of the experience phenomenal. Customer Service is 10 out of 10

::My husband goes to this location every Saturday around 10:15am to get me breakfast when he gets off work. My breakfast sandwich is prepared wrong 50% of the time but the receipt and the sticker be correct. My sandwich is a simple chicken biscuit w/egg white but I get a chicken biscuit w/cheese 🤮 or a English muffin...smh. I'm so confused how can they keep screwing up my order.

::I'm not commenting on the atmosphere since I did drive up. This is the third time in the past couple of months that I have eaten food from there. The previous time, my fries were freezing. The time before that, I got a spicy sandwich instead of the original. Today, I ordered an original sandwich with no pickles and received one with cheese AND pickles. Oh well, this was the last close to "healthy" food on my ok fast food list.

::The worst experience I ever had with chick fil a. I waited 30 min for my food and when I didn’t get and seen other people come after me get their food I asked to see and manager the girl said that he is busy so I said can I get my money back she said yes. At no time did they try to give me my food. So I seen another set of managers in a meeting I asked a question about speaking to him he said did they give you you money and did you get corporate number. I said yes. They said ok have a good day. I said this is not the policy of chick fil a I will be calling the corporate office.
