  Everyone that works there are all nice and professional. Dr. Francis is a great person. He listens to you and doesn't rush you. You will like it there. 🙂

  The staff was friendly and the service was fast. Dr. Francis answered all my questions and was very professional. He has been very empathetic in regards to my diagnosis and treatment. I’m always able to get an appointment at a time that works for my schedule.

  Techs very thorough, helpful, and polite Dr Francis, also. He does appropriate testing and asks questions to come to your proper treatment. He’s open to your concerns and questions. He doesn’t make you feel rushed. Highly recommend this doctor

  Great patient experience. Very friendly staff greeting you. Technician was friendly and efficient while administering the eye tests. Dr listened to me and spent time explaining things to me. I would highly recommend this team of professionals!

  Look no further— Definitely the best and most professional ophthalmology experience I have had to date and I’m a retired nurse in my 60’s. Every member of the staff (receptionist, tech and med student) was pleasant and helpful. Dr Francis has the most up to date testing equipment, is very caring and knowledgeable and did not seem to rush the appointment- taking care to answer all of my questions and concerns. I greatly appreciated the anesthetizing drops before the glaucoma test— best experience I’ve ever had!
