  I went into the new Chicago Store location downtown with my six children. We asked if they had any instruments that we could try out and play. Mark (the owner) was very gracious and pulled out several instruments. He also spent time showing us how to get sounds out of them. It was really fun! This store has great customer service and they want to help. We never felt like we were bothering them or taking up too much time. We felt very welcome and were treated well. I will definitely go back to Chicago Music with questions, when I need advice or if I need to purchase anything musical.

  I came in to look at a clarinet for my husband. The store was nice, clean, organized and the salesman was very helpful. They were able to arrange financing for me and I walked out with a nice clarinet with no money down and easy monthly payments. I would definitely shop here again. They gave me a one year warranty and told me they have an in-house repair department
