This hotel is updated and conveniently located next to the hospital. The staff is excellent, the room is decorated very nicely. The issues: I had a complete knee replacement. I was given ice packs to ice my knee. There is a refrigerator in the room, but no freezer. So we have to go downstairs and put ice packs in their freezer. Second, the toilet is the lowest toilet Iโ€™ve seen. Thatโ€™s terrible for people like me with a knee replacement and others with a hip replacement. Lastly, there is no microwave in the room. Since Iโ€™m limited in My travel, that makes me have to purchase food for every meal. If there was a microwave, I could simply heat up my leftovers. Since Rush Hospital & MidWest Orthopedics refer to this hotel, I anticipated more orthopedic amenities.

Beautiful hotel. I loved this hotel. It was modern with beautiful furniture and amenities. I loved the shower and they had large towels. The staff is very friendly. Parking is pretty pricey but that expected in Chicago. I would stay here again as it was very comfortable.

I really hated staying here. This Marriott should be ashamed to call itself a Marriott. It makes a Motel 6 seem more appetizing. The active construction and the general dilapidated conditon of the hotel made me feel like I was in the opening scene for a horror movie. Not looking forward to staying here again. I will just have to grin and bare it, but I hope others, if given a choice, donโ€™t choose to stay at this hotel. Just take a cab from Chicago. You will thank me later.

Nice hotel. It was under construction when we were there, but it wasn't a bother. It is pricey though, and the price varies a lot by day. We stayed in 3 different rooms, and they all cost within 40 dollars of one another. There was a great difference between their quality though. The nicest room was the cheapest.

This is a high quality establishment offering a restaurant and bar. They are currently doing a renovation to several areas. The work is well managed and not intrusive. The proximity to Rush Medical Center is a big plus. It is within walking distance.
