  I need to preface with a) we cook a lot, b) we have our own chickens and make creme brûlée for our son like every week and c) we raise our own rabbit and enjoy our share of French dining. Novak’s has what we feel many French restaurants lack - soul. We taste the chef’s perspective and experiences in his creations. He also greets you and offers his insight into wine pairings. I especially loved his touch of rum and cilantro in the escargots. Delightful and casual - we will be return regularly.

  When my friends and I have "Girl's Night Out", we over head to Chez Novaks. Chef Mark is kindhearted and his cooking is delicious. I've only had good times here.

  Everything is Devine from start to finish! We are in love with the service and the food is incredible and imported. We came to chez Novak for my 27th birthday and I'm only surprised by the decent price or the prix fix menue. Chez NOVAKS is a treasure!

  What a gem in Brewerytown right off Girard ave. Fresh bread with the first course of escargots and pâté topped with Brie (pictured), perfectly spiced jerk chicken and duck leg and finished off with an innovative mango pudding. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you go try it yourself! It was like a dinner party we didn’t want to end. Thank you chef Mark for a very special Valentine’s Day, can’t wait to come back!
