  The name on the outside is Chevron, but any regular will know this as ‘Leticia’s Place.’ Leticia works the morning shift and embodies all that is pure and wholesome about humanity. I like to think that she’s what the founding father’s envisioned when drafting the Declaration of Independence. You want coffee? She’s got you covered. You want a pastry? She’s got suggestions. Trying to navigate the Spanish language? Leticia’s your guide. Want a hot take on whether to see Black Panther? Leticia waited in line for 2 hours on opening night to see it with her Grandbabies and gives it a 9 out of 10. You get a compliment from her, and suddenly you feel as though there’s a reason to live again. She’s turned this Chevron station into a top three San Diego attraction.

  Literally just needed some change (quarters) and was told a flat no by the attendant. It's unfortunate I had already bought a tank full of gas when this happened. A refusal of exchanging 2 dollars in change just cost them my weekly business.

  We stopped by this gas station to pick up some snacks (1st mistake!) As were paying we asked for 2 scratchers, the cashier scans everything, gives us our total and we say were going to pay with Debit, swipe our card, enter our pin #, transaction goes through, about to grab our bag, and then the cashier before she hands us our scratchers says "Oh scratchers can only be paid with CASH!" 🤔 Ok? Well why would you tell us that after we paid with our Visa?! We said fine, give us a refund for the scratchers! She proceeds on with "I cannot do that, you'll have to come back on Monday when my manager is here" (its Friday!) We tell her No! Were not from the area, SHE'S the one who made the mistake! She needs to either give us our scratchers or our $ back! She gets on the phone, wasted about 30 minutes of everyones time, just there infront of her idiotic self, to where finally she practically throws the scratchers at us and doesnt say a word to us! Were like is that it? NO SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE? NO THANK YOU? She responds back with an attitude and says "I dont need to say anything to you!" This stupid and rude woman should not be working in customer service! Or suggestion to manager!!! Dont leave her to run the store alone! She doesnt know what shes doing! Obviously!

  Saw someone ask for a random number lottery ticket and the attendant gave him one she had printed earlier instead of a new one from the machine. Apparently, the attendant didn't like her numbers, so she sold them to one of her customers. Very deceitful
