  Girlfriend's car wouldn't start and it was 1am. The lady wouldn't let my girlfriend use the phone but said she could buy a charger.. Ok.. But she then said she couldn't use the outlet... great. The only reason why I didn't rate it a one star is because they didn't toe the car. Terrible service and really unfriendly people.
