::The minute I walked into the dealership I felt like someone special. Austin Malkasian took the time to understand my needs, and far exceeded them. When I went in to meet with Maria Dayton, I felt like was was sitting with a long lost family member. John Walsh made me feel like he had my best interest at heart the minute I started talking to him. You have a Great team of professionals handling your customers at Chevrolet 112. It will be my privilege to inform all of my friends about the great service I received at your dealership. Thank you so much to all of the Great people who helped with the purchase of my second Chevrolet Equinox. Vinny Pers

::Top notch service department. Reed was awesome to work with. I have a 2013 Chevy Volt which most mechanics will not touch. Just did my 100k mike service and had damage repaired from a pothole. My car drives like new again. The dealer service may cost a little more, but you get what you pay for. Everything was done right in one trip. Thank You!

::Dealership (sales division) was wonderful. Salesman was very understanding and non pushy when it came time to buy my vehicle. I have no complaints about the sales department at Chevy 112 whatsoever. The dealerships service department is another story and I do not believe that their problems are entirely their (the dealerships) fault. Due to Chevy offering so many free services (oil changes/inspections/etc...) for new vehicles, the service department is constantly swamped with vehicles needing servicing. Wait times can be quite absurd at times and as such I often choose to simply drop off and pick up my car just to avoid this. However, wait times aside, they (the dealership) are also rushing their mechanics and technicians to finish the work as quickly as possible to satisfy their customers in a timely manner. Due to this (and this is just an assumption on my part) fast paced mentality, certain things could be overlooked. I brought my car in for my second free oil change and the cars inspection was one week expired. I had not noticed the inspection expiration and had failed to mention it when setting up the appointment. After dropping my car off, the service worker informed me of the great work Chevy does when I bring my car to them, they look the whole car over, very thorough, inspect everything, etc... They did not, however, take note of the expired inspection, I doubt they even looked at it. It was a one year old car so it did not even need a lengthy emissions test, it pretty much just needed a new sticker. Nothing was said to me about which leads me to believe that they did not look which is very odd for a company performing thorough inspections on every drop off. I will have to book another appointment (usually about two weeks wait time) and bring my car back for a new sticker. Again, the fault is partly mine but I would like to believe that they might've taken the time to look and inform me of it had they not been so overworked and negligent.
