::Horrible service. Bed bugs everywhere. Dirty rooms. Wouldn’t stay a mile within here. Staff completely disregarded my concerns. Maybe if it was them in these beds getting bit everywhere they would have a grasp of an understanding of what it’s like to need a place to rest your head exhausted after traveling afar for work and to wake up to bites all over your body. I’m now swollen, in pain, and just feel disgusted. I can’t believe this place is running.

::You cannot find a better hotel for this price. The room was clean…with no carpet (thank you)! The towels were new. Room smelled nice when I arrived. The in room Keurig is a nice touch for me; I brought my own K-cups. The staff at the front were very nice…checked in ~8:30pm on a Sunday and checked out at 5am on a Thursday. I did not request the room be serviced during my stay since they provided plenty of towels, individually wrapped cups and soaps, so housekeeping wasn’t needed. I’ll absolutely stay here in the future.

::Great Location and Rooms. You have everything in the room. All restaurants and groceries are at 5-10 minutes walk and food trucks are right outside. Will definitely recommend. Room was great, had all the amenities including oven and fridge. House keeping was prompt and always available.

::My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I slept soundly on the springy but pleasant mattress. Bathroom was clean and had well-placed sturdy rails to help mobility impaired folk like me in and out of the tub/shower area. USB ports on the TV wall and also beside the bed are a nice touch. I liked the big padded bench next to the TV. I can't fit in many chairs but this bench gave me a secure and comfy place to sit and work on my laptop. The outside of the place is unremarkable and the elevator/hallways are old and weird. But who cares, once you are inside your room you'll be well content. Yes, the aircon unit gets a bit loud, but it works well. Staff were friendly and accommodating even if the rules seem a bit confusing. They hold a $100 deposit in addition to your room charge. You get this back if you don't trash your room. Also, if they are not full, you may have a chance to check in earlier than 3pm. It does cost extra depending on how early. I was very tired and very early, and $33 for the chance to crash for a few hours was worth it to me. It's less costly if you just want to check in at noon or something. Towels were clean and fluffy, the room was well looked after by the friendly housekeeping staff. Hotel has wifi. Next door is a KFC and an awesome taco truck. Try the tacos. They will not disappoint. San Jose is not a budget friendly place to stay in general but this place is one of its hidden gems. I recommend it. It is accessible for disabled travelers too.

::the most important thing to me when getting a hotel is how comfortable is the bed? Not service, and how good the coffee is or how great the parking was or so and so was so friendly or it was really clean. These should be a given. Was the bed comfortable? Yes enough so! Was it clean inside ? Yes again ! Is the hotel pretty to look at from the outside ? Not so much! If ur gonna upgrade the hotel , keep expenses focused on upgrading the bed or the inside of the room. Please don’t spend money fixing up the outside . Thank yiu
