  Always helpful and knowledgeable about what they have. It's nice to be able to buy the number of screws, bolts, etc. that you need instead of a package. Nice gardening section.

  These guys always come through for me! James and his crew are the best I know of. Helpful service top to bottom. Can't say enough about this location. My favorite by FAR!!

  We've been to a lot of Ace hardware stores in the Denver area and hands down this is the friendliest, most helpful, welcoming store from the moment you walk in until you leave. Thankful this is our neighborhood Ace. We are regulars and see on a consistent basis how this entire staff treats customers with kindness and genuinely want to help. They take pride in their customer service. Thanks Cherry Creek Ace!! Special shout out to Chuck & James!!

  This is now my go-to place for all plumbing projects. Ask for Chuck ‘Z’. The guy is awesome, very knowledgeable, and will help walk you through the entire repair but doesn’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. It’s great to support a neighborhood business and the service will save you in time and frustration. I’ll be back again and again.

  I have been to this location more than once over the past several years. This morning, I went in looking for a replacement piece for a sliding chain door lock. Unfortunately, this part is not sold individually, and I am not able to replace the entire assembly because the property is a rental. One employee saw me looking at alternative Solutions, and stopped his opening routine to help me. He was able to find a wonderful solution that cost me only a dollar and some change, saving me several dollars and several hours of headache. He was friendly and a lovely conversationalist to boot! I would rather pay a few cents more to experience the customer service at this store van save a few cents and go to one of the less personal, larger chain stores in the area.
