  There's a new owner at this business. He is neither friendly nor pleasant. A big change from before. At first they didn't even get the folding right. They do an adequate job now that they're up to speed. The service takes much longer than with the old owner. Regardless of how early we bring in our laundry it is only ready the next day...for no good reason. That's not awful; it's just not great. The new owner is cold. He has demonstrated no interest in establishing a relationship with his patrons or even just being friendly or appreciative of loyal customers.

  I don't have clue why other people left positive review. The clerk or owner, whoever he is, is plain rude. I will never go there again.

  Very nice and clothes come out great. They even help you load and unload bags from the car.
