I'm a pretty picky person with high expectations and I will say that so far, my stay at this B&B has been extremely pleasurable, easy, relaxing, and comfortable. The instructions prior to arrival were clear and informative as well as welcoming. The apartment style accommodations were spacious, comfortable, clean, and without having a better way to describe it, old-style modern. They provide everything you could possibly want and more. Plenty of extra towels, cotton bathrobes, cooking utensils and equipment, water, wine, coffee, tea, snacks, cheese, nuts, crackers, chocolate, need I go on? The shower is massive with a rainhead and handheld shower head in the opposite wall, perfect and roomy for showering with your loved one. My boyfriend and I are here for 2 nights and so far, we are on night 1 and have commented to each other multiple times about how much we are enjoying ourselves here, if that is not a testament in itself. Staff is friendly, place is clean and homey, you HAVE to stay here if you are in the Seattle area. Oh, parking is easy (and free), you are also right by the zoo and rose garden, and about 4 miles north of Seattle center. We love this place!!!💓💓💓

One of my favorite places we visited. Very comfortable and accommodating. Staff is friendly and prompt, and the owners are awesome. Breakfast was delivered to your door and delicious!

My in-laws have stayed her on numerous occasions. The location is walkable into the zoo and surrounding park and lower Phinney Ridge restaurants. The rooms are apartments converted into cozy suites, so much better than staying at a traditional hotel. Very clean and quite roomy. Wine is served each night. Light fare in the morning. And a hot tub if you like to relax after a day in Seattle.

This place was amazing!!! My wife and I went for our honeymoon for one night, and our biggest regret was that it was just for one night. They treated us so well. The amenities they offer were far above what we were anticipating. We cant wait to come back!
