  Today was the first time I've been to Chef Paul for lunch! I had fried chicken and catfish with rice and gravy and a side of Greens, It was absolutely fantastic! this is definitely a must to feed your soul food cravings💯

  Always great food at Chef Paul's. Extremely busy at noon so id say to avoid the lunch hour if you dont handle busy well but great food. The fried wings with mac n cheese and yams are my favorite menu items. Their fried fish is great as well! And the daily specials always look appetizing!

  Honestly, Chef Paul probably doesn't need this review because I've never been there for lunch and not had to wait for a table. Let me be clear, though... I will wait. Every time. If you want advice on what to order, don't sleep the beans and greens or chicken and waffles. If they have honey pie, then duh. Chef Paul is a good good soul boy, for sure.

  The atmosphere is deep south and the food is OK. I went for lunch and was able to get in eat and have a little conversation and still make it back in an hour. I am from Atlanta so I was expecting a different menu delivery but the food wasn't bad. I was expecting baked macaroni no cheesy Mac, okra is not a main dish and I was not expecting tri tip on the menu at all. They had to search the place for some mustard and my fish was only barely seasoned. Overall the food was good and my friend was very satisfied with his order and is a frequent consumer. The YAMS WERE OH SO DELICIOUS. The service is on point, anticipating needs and being there before u realize it. Yeeees!

  I love this place. Atmosphere feels like an escape out of town. The food is always delicious. One of my favorite downtown spots. I highly recommend.
